Olivia is an associate lawyer, primarily practicing in civil litigation. Olivia began at Pressé Mason as a summer student and articled clerk before being called to the Bar in 2025. During her articles, Olivia developed a passion for representing those who have been wrongfully terminated, survivors of harassment and assault, and those making claims for personal injuries.
Olivia also practices in wills and estate planning, and criminal defence. She feels privileged to be able to assist people through challenging times.
Olivia received her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law. During law school, Olivia served as manager of the Dalhousie Student Advocacy Society. Prior to attending law school, Olivia received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University in New Jersey.
Outside of work, Olivia is an avid volunteer in the community. In 2012, Olivia was awarded the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee award in recognition of her work with the IWK and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
